Aituaje Iruobe, known professionally as Waje, has been on a streak of album releases since last year. In July 2022, the singer, songwriter and vocal powerhouse released an 11-track album titled “Waje 2.0.” A month later she followed this project up with a gospel album tagged “Unbroken,” a 9-track project that sees Waje giving thanks to God and with Unbroken creates a sonic haven for those who want to find themselves in Christ and express their gratitude to God. Now, Waje is back with a new project titled “The Misfit.”

The project starts with the Ice Prince-assisted “Bigger,” an uplifting song that is geared towards setting encouraging listeners to see themselves as big change makers. In the next song, “Never Stop” Waje continues to inspire listeners to never stop pushing. Other songs on the album include Try me, What I Want, Passi, Controller, Oroma, Not Waiting, Miss You Crazy and many others that reaffirm Waje’s artistry and charisma.
