Flavour has released the visuals for Umu Igbo from his Flavour of Africa album. On Umu Igbo, Flavour teams up with Biggie Igba to deliver a scintillating highlife tune true to Flavour’s style. The song which calls for unity amongst the Igbos, a predominant ethnic group located in Eastern Nigeria, is the 10th track in his 15 track album ‘ Flavour of Africa. ‘ The album contains songs like; Looking ynash, Doings, Sawa Sawa, Beer parlour discussions etc. with the likes of Waje, Fally Ipupa, Tekno, Phyno, Odumeje etc. featured on it. On Umu Igbo, Emphasis is laid on peace and unity amongst the Igbos as seen in its lyrics;

If you no see Igbo man, Nwanne gi bochaa
Ayamma mmaUmu Igbo Niile, umu igbo niile
Let’s come together n’anyi ncha bu ofu

Flavour praises the enterprising and industrious nature of the Igbos. He also addresses the problem of the dying language and preaches oneness appealing to his people to eschew division and acts that do not foster peace and prosperity.
