Laycon, BBNaija Season 5 winner double releases two tracks from his upcoming album

Laycon, BBNaija season 5 winner, has made his first release for the year. He has released two new singles off his upcoming  album.

The first is a new single with Oshofree crooner, YKB “Fall For Me” produced by Semzi. “Fall For Me” is a sweet afropop melody . YKB delivers rhythm and melody with his voice. His dynamism is on full display. The song soaks you in instantly in that manner replediscent of good Afrobeats. The singers express the impossibility of requiting their lovers affection. It is a one sided affair and he cajoles his lover to not fall for him.

The singer had earlier dropped a teaser which showed a listening session with fellow BBN housemates.

“Wagwan” the street slang on which Laycon’s next song is based off, is a Jamaican English contraction of what’s going on. It is the singer’s outlet for what’s been going on with him since his acquiring fame through the BBNaija lockdown edition. Production credits to Empayabeats. Mixing and mastering by Tytanium Beats. Both songs are off his upcoming album.
