Burgeoning urban-folklore singer, Mo’believe has finally released the visuals to his Empawa re-issued record, ‘Bi Oba’. This record which is a standout selection off his Lagos-inspired his debut album, “Ariwo Eko“, premiered last year on the PGM Radio Show. And now, the Mr Eazi-led Empawa Africa has decided to support the rising act with a video after his sultry voice caught Mr Eazi’s attention last year on Twitter.
No doubt, Mr Eazi seems to be doing the Lord’s work with his Empawa100 program – helping and supporting budding talents all over the continent in chasing their dreams as musical stars by shooting and marketing their videos. And to this end, the super-gifted Mo’believe is a worthy beneficiary.
This Squareball Media-filmed video is a celebration of African culture, with Mo’believe and the models in video donning beautiful Yoruba attires and props. With his debut album, “Ariwo Eko“, Mo’believe tries to capture the sounds and peculiar elements of the city, and this video directed by Adasa Cookey helps to further this curation.
