Boj has had a solid run in 2018, from his collaborative EP with Ajebutter Make e no cause fight to being a Jameson brand ambassador.

He recently announced via Twitter that he’ll be dropping his new record with Skepta and fellow DRB mate Teezee.

Like To Party – Boj x Skepta x Teezee

Boj has just premiered his much-anticipated single featuring UK-based rapper Skepta and DRB’s Teezee Like To Party.

Skepta & Wizkid Are Alté Cruising – Bad Energy Video

We’ve seen a recent wave of videos pay homage to 90’s Nollywood with the VHS-style footage (the peak being Santi’s self-directed Freaky video); an aesthetic many would attribute to the Alté Movement.

BOJ – Bill Up

BOJ isn’t letting anyone sleep on him. Following the success of his joint EP with Ajebutter22 earlier this year; Make E No Cause Fight, the singer released a new single yesterday called Bill Up.

With his unmistakable voice, BOJ is serenading the ladies with this GMK-produced joint. Bill Up is the perfect summer chill tune with its catchy instrumentals and lyrics and this one is definitely a hit.

It’s hard to ignore how much BOJ’s music has evolved and even harder to ignore how original the singer still is throughout this evolution.

PGM Radio Show with Fresh L, Irene Ntale & John Networq

In this episode, we discussed Afrobeats and the once millennial-embraced word “Alte” and the controversy surrounding both as wildly perceived genre of African music. Also, we premiered new music by Fresh L, Irene Ntale (from Uganda), John Networq, Boj, Remy Baggins & Stiques The god.

(Review): The PGM Live with SDC

The sixth edition of the PGM Live came with a ‘bang bang’ that was better than ever.  Showcasing (SDC) Show Dem Camp as our headliners, the show was lit from the get-go, but before we dive in, here’s a bit of reintroduction of the PGM Club.

The Push Good Music Club (PGM Club) comes with love to help unearth, nurture and promote emerging and established talents across the world.

The PGM is an idea that exists to Push Good Music; To be liberated within oneself to do amazing things, and create great content.

Now we are here at the sixth edition of The PGM Live staring Show Dem Camp (SDC) with support from Boj, Funbi, Ajebutter, Tomi Thomas, Idris King and other great acts. The show was the first premiere live performance of SDC’s new project Palm wine Music Vol.1, an EP with a mix of highlife and afrobeat.

The show brought together a great audience that mingled with the artists before they took the stage and yes, the energy in the room was epic!

It was indeed a night to remember.

Below is a one-minute video that gives you a slight hint of what took place on the night.

Stay tuned for the next PGM Live!

The PGM Radio Show with Ruby, Boj, Boogey (Part.1)

This episode of the PGM radio show had Boogey stop by to premiere his new record, Boj hinted dropping a double Ep soon and Ruby gave us a sneak listen into her new single that is about to scatter the clubs!! Plus your weekly dose of #theshredder.

SDC Set To Release New Ep – Palm Wine Music Vol.1

Palm Wine Music!  What a name for an EP.  Yet, I am not surprised because the authors equally have an unusual band name in Show Dem Camp.

The new project, Palm Wine Music Vol.1 (prod. by Sparxx) is a far cry from the group’s previous projects, i.e the clone war series, but it does, however, revisit a familiar, Feel Alright sound that has sort of inspired the overall sound of this project.

Palm Wine Music Vol.1 is a fusion of Highlife music and Afro-Jazzy Soul. It is SDC’s interpretation of good vibes and so when listening to the project that features the likes of Funbi, Poe, Tomi Thomas and Odunsi, you can rest assured that there was nothing but good vibes while making it.

Palm Wine Music Vol.1 is set to drop on June 19th, 2017, with a live music performance of the project scheduled to hold at the next edition of the PGM Live on the 25th of June at The Eve Restaurant in Victoria Island.
