Santi has a great year with tracks like Icy and Freaky and some amazing features like Odunsi’s Alté Cruise and Tay Iwar’s Space. The young master is back with Rapid Fire featuring the Warrior Princess, Ghana’s Amaarae and South African Shane Eagle.
The Genio Bambino-produced joint is very 2000s Dancehall vibes, with a gangsta twist. A cool verse from Shane Eagle, a vocal transition From Tomi Agape moves the listener from Santi to Amaarae’s beautiful soft vocals and the combination of all these ingredients makes this international pot of stew very tasty.
The song, released earlier today is another perfect weekend jam and is another guarantee of Santi’s musical versatility.

Amid all the buzz YBNL boss, Olamide’s third single of 2018 Motigbana has sparked in so little time, the artist has released the visuals of the song.
The track which is produced by Killertunes is a little different from the artist’s usual street swing and is a definite party mover. The song art also sparked a lot of interest from fans speculating that Olamide’s song art covers are in a constant quality competition with his music. Obviously, Olamide is not skimping on quality.Post Views: 322

Ycee has released a new single titled ‘Gold‘. This comes a just few months after he flexed his lyrical ability and bullish delivery on the year-opening ‘Balance‘.
Produced by BeatsbyKarma, ‘Gold‘ is a radio-friendly pop single that finds a chilled Ycee delivering his verses with a perfect blend of melodic rap with a polished flow. He also delievers a repetitive but catchy hook that gives the record its hit-potential. It is an unapologetic celebration of his lifestyle and affluence that will resonate with a lot of his fans and music lovers.
“Someday, the gold you were depending on to have your back on rainy days – might peel and reveal its true self; coated steel.
Some days, the pain might be so unbearable that it makes you question your process, doubt yourself and get all up in your feels.
Even when you are oppressed by society, law enforcement, government, label executives, Lagos traffic 😒, or even friends from hell and it makes you question your sanity or sink to unfamiliar depths.
Through it all, the most important thing remains – you are the “Gold”, you are Gold. Forged at the elevent hour despite all the heat and tribulations.
You must never ever forget, Gold never depreciates.” He wrote on Instagram
The video is expected to be released next week, so watch this space for it.Post Views: 692

Ever since the year kicked off, we’ve been holding our hands out and keeping our ears to the ground for new music from Odunsi The Engine. Instead, all we got for a minute were flashes of his spunky fashion forays on social media which got everyone talking. But it has taken a pandemic and a lockdown for us to finally get that record from Odunsi, one he dedicates to his day-one fans.
For his year opening single ‘Decided’, the alte frontman taps one of the most promising Nigerian singers, Tems. Together they present an introspective but striking R&B number that pokes into some of their most vulnerable thoughts. Tems finds herself on hook-duty as she opens the record with a thrilling vocal performance. Odunsi in his verse touches on his strained relationship with his father and his vulnerabilities.
According to Odunsi, the self-produced record “is for anyone that is battling with anything in their lives and dealing with loads of anxiety.” “It’s about fighting death in sleep,” he continues.
This is the first single since Odunsi’s 2019 dual-releases ‘Wetin Dey’ and the Wani-featured ‘Better Days’.
