Multi-talented rapper, Reminisce comes through with a new tune featuring 79th Element Afropop star, Adekunle Gold, bringing forth ‘Toxic” from their upcoming joint EP. In an Instagram post, the ‘local rapper’ crooner spoke on what informed his collaboration with Adekunle on this track;
“I love how singers bring words to life tru music & I always wanted to do a Rapper/Singer project. Finally that dream is becoming a reality. Let me introduce you to the 1st song off that project, ft Ogbontarigi Olorin & Fellow Manutd Fan @adekunlegold with the tu si! #TOXIC Produced by @sesstheprblm out 12am (Dec 9th).”
This follows soon after Reminisce’s release of his EP ‘ Vibes and Insha Allah’ which dropped earlier this year following a four year hiatus from music. Adekunle Gold himself recently dropped his Afropop EP, vol 1 which is his most notable project this year and showed his transition into a more pop sound.
