Phaemous collaborates with Tim Lyre to deliver “Gbedu.”

Ever since emerging in 2018 with the song “Chocolate” Nigerian singer & songwriter Phaemous has been one to keep an eye on, especially with the release of his debut EP, “PHAEWAY Vol.1,” which had a touch of Greek mythology which according to the artist “Symbolizes the spiritual connection I have with my music.” In the project, he featured artists like Drayko, Psycho YP and EESKAY and together they explored themes like love, sex and many more. Now the artist is back with another song titled “Gbedu.” 

In his recent song, Phaemous features Nigerian singer Tim Lyre to deliver a song about their lover’s body and the things they would like to do on her body. Phaemous sings, “Feeling on her body for a minute So she wan lay I’m boutta give her that deep stroke technique unveil. I make her body confused call me J-Timberlake, nobody can do it like I that’s why she always calling my phone,” bragging about his ability to give his muse real pleasure and the fact that she keeps coming back for more “Calling my phone, calling my phone, +234 all day all night (All day All night).”

Tim Lyre comes in with lyrics like, “Smooth like butter, finesse like Kaka, the gyal dem papa. She wan come balance her waist and baka collect my raba, collect my dagger di di n di di da da. She feel am dada, you wonder why I don’t know why, but you wonder why you keep on calling me all the time. Girl, don’t you know that you need Senpai in your life,” matching Phaemous’ braggadiousness, both artists let their lovers know that they are the best thing since sliced bread.
