After a series of impressive killer features, Oxlade is back with a new solo single titled ‘DKT (Dis Kind Thing). This comes about four months since his debut and introductory tape “Oxygene” which featured a sole appearance from Moelogo.
For his new single, Ox reunites with Spax who was instrumental in the production of his EP. This song an R&B-esque afropop jam that finds Oxlade in his feelings. He’s in strongly in love with his sweetheart and he’s scared its intensity can make him “lose my five senses.” The record was initially released exclusively on Soundcloud but was made available to all other major DSPs today.

Rapper, Ice Prince took to his twitter yesterday to announce that his third studio album, ‘Jos To The World’ will be released on October 28, 2016.

Mavin Records‘ newbie, Crayon has released his debut and introductory EP titled “Cray Cray.” The youngster is currently signed to Blowtime Entertainment, an imprint under Mavin Records owned and headed by producer, Baby Fresh. Officially unveiled on Friday, May 31st, Crayon gave his first official appearance with an impressive verse on the Mavin all-stars joint, ‘All Is In Order‘ on the same day.
Last month, Crayon also assisted labelmate, Ladipoe on his latest record, ‘Based On Kpa‘ a radio-friendly number which is gaining traction on the airwaves.
And now, the young act is here with his first official solo release which the label describes as “a colourful slice of Afropop“. The 6 track-long EP is majorly a solo effort but for the second track, ‘Unusual‘ which features label boss, Baby Fresh.
Also, the production on the EP is mainly handled by Baby Fresh and Ozedikus, who is responsible for Rema‘s club smash, ‘Dumebi‘.
Crayon has also released an accompanying video for ‘So Fine‘, the EP opener and one of the highlights off the project.

Alte pioneer, BOJ has teased a follow-up project to his 2018 joint EP “Make E No Cause Fight” with friend and longtime collaborator, Ajebutter 22. This news comes to the delight of fans as many have expressed their anticipation of a sequel to the well-received 5-track EP that housed records like ‘Tungba‘, ‘Yawa‘ and ‘24‘.
BOJ took to his Twitter yesterday, May 29, to confirm the rumours of the untitled EP in the works with Ajebutter. “New Boj x Butter ep loading” he posted, alongside a black and white picture of the pair performing live on stage which Ajebutter retweeted.

Ever since the release of the joint EP last year, each of the pair has been busy churning out sizzling singles among which includes the raving ‘Awolowo‘ and ‘Lagos Love‘ which have been gaining much traction on the airwaves.
