Niniola Brings Along Timbaland, Busiswa, Afro B, Sauti Sol & More On “Colours & Sounds”

The acclaimed queen of Afro-House Niniola has released her sophomore album “Colours & Sounds” across all major streaming platforms in the early hours of today. This comes three years after her stunning debut album “This Is Me” which contained monster hit, ‘Maradona’ as well as ‘Saro’, ‘Sicker’ and more. This new project is led by singles like ‘Omo Rapala’, the Femi Kuti-assisted ‘Fantasy’ a well as the infectious ‘Addicted’ which has recorded much traction on the airwaves.

“Colours & Sounds” finds Niniola exploring a wide palette of sounds across 15 tracks while still serving her fans a heavy dose of Afro-House which made them fall in love with her in the first. It’s obvious she has much more than just the Nigerian audience in mind in the conceptualization and execution of this project. And this is well exemplified in the guestlist which features contributions from Kenyan band Sauti Sol, South Africa’s songstress Busiswa, British act Afro B as well as Timbaland, a renowned American producer, DJ and rapper. It also features her frequent collaborator, Sarz and well as Nonso Amadi, one of the most gifted emerging acts in these parts.
