Rema ft. Selena Gomez – “Calm Down(Remix)”

Rema releases his highly anticipated Calm Down remix with International superstar, Selena Gomez. The original which dropped six months ago was the fourth song on Rema’s debut album “Rave & Roses”. Selena sings beautifully on this remix as she samples Afrobeats for the first time, her and Rema’s merger catapults the song to new heights. “Calm Down (Remix)” debuts at #98 on the global Spotify chart with 1.25 million streams. It marks Rema’s first top 100 appearance. A music video for the remix is already in the works. Listen here

Ckay – “You”

Ckay has been into love songs lately. His previous release was “Ma Cherie” with Ici c’est Paris and Leto which translates to “My dear.” The artists used French to sing about their love interests. Now, Ckay has gone a step further to make bold confessions in his new song You.Baby, I’m in Love with you, Baby, I’m in love with you, **ck you like I need you, **ck you like I miss You… I love you, I knew this from the first day I saw you“. Dammy Krane ft. Psycho YP – “Eshe”

Dammy Krane enlists the help of rapper Psycho YP on his new single Eshe. Danny Krane brings the street vibe as he sings in his indigenous yoruba language. He admonishes his listeners to ignore the nay-sayers and adopt an attitude of gratitude. Psycho YP delivers hard-hitting lyrics to deliver the theme of enjoyment and flexing this life over being bothered by haters. This is a follow up to Dammy Krane “Egbe” and Psycho YP’s “IC3” released this August. Listen here

Teckno – “After Party”

Fresh off his collaboration ‘Full Current‘ with Phyno, music sensation Tekno has returned with a brand new potential smash titled ‘After Party’. It is a fun tune filled with Teckno’s usual non-lexical vocables which adds to the melodies and playful nature of the song. Listen here

Olamide – “We Outside”

‘We Outside’ is Olamide’s second single of the year and follows his ‘ Hate Me‘ single featuring talented vocalist Wande Coal. He proclaims his OG status as a veteran in the industry. He sings on the struggles, the grind and working hard. Listen here

Lady Donli – “Soft Life”

The soft, sweet life is a message Lady Donli has always preached with singles like ‘Addicted to Cash’, even her debut album ‘Enjoy your life’, a buffet of retro-inspired African sounds, drawn from various parts of the continent, and melted into a sunny arch supports the message of a hassle free life. Her latest serving is no different in its messaging as she pronounces ‘soft life, na soft life fit me pass‘ in her smooth silky voice. She has revealed the name of her new album ‘Pan-African Rockstar‘. She is yet to drop a release date. Listen here

Goya Menor ft. Lade – “Grace”

Hype man Goya Menor and Lade link up for an inspirational piece titled ‘Grace’. They sing about grace as an integral part of their success. Listen here

Skip Marley ft. Ayra Starr – “Jane”

Ayra Starr hops on Jamacian singer-songwriter Skip Marley’s latest song “Jane”. Skip Marley is the son of Cedella Marley and David Minto, and grandson of Bob Marley. “Jane” is a love song honouring the soothing virtues of their lover. Ayra lays down sonorous vocals to complement Skip’s own. They sing about how their lover is good for their wellness, reducing the stress in their lives. Listen here

DJ Tunez – “Cruise Control EP”

DJ Tunez releases his highly anticipated EP titled “Cruise Control Vol. 1”. It contains 5 tracks and has 14 minutes runtime. The songs are ; G Love featuring Projexx and Brume, F.D.P (Fire Di Party) ft. AV, Bad Girl ft. Wande Coal and Victony, Majo ft. Wizkid, Alpha P, and MMM ft. Mohbad and Rexxie. Listen here
