Myoa has released the visuals for her latest powerful single ‘You‘. This cinematic video was co-directed by Myoa and Will Darosa who was also the cinematographer and editor of the music video.
Through the record and its accompanying visuals, Myoa aims to carefully portray a personal but universal story about breaking chains from toxic relationships that don’t contribute to personal growth and happiness and going for the win.

Jiggy – Idris King
The French King has returned with a film for his third single Jiggy; and with a title like that, we knew the 90s Baby founder was sure to give us something entirely different.
The Bidemi Popson-directed video starts out with Idris serenading via TV screen a beautiful black woman in a red dress (also glittering gold, because black women are made of gold and honey) mused by Bariga Sugar director Ifeoma Chukwuogo, till he taps the screen and is teleported to his muse’s location to continue the good work. Then the story switches with the second verse, as Idris and his ‘gang’ chases down a ‘debtor’ to get their ‘dues’ and Idris ‘kills’ the guy with a toy gun and the video cuts to a ‘party’ with the gang ‘popping bottles’ and ‘spending cash’ – in a way that is caricature of the gang life, inspired by the movie – City of God.
The video is weird and fun and you really can’t expect anything less from Idris King.

Nwa Baby – Davido
DMW boss, Davido released the audio and video of his new hit Nwa Baby in the early hours of August 10, 2018. The song which premiered exclusively on the PGM show on Wednesday evening is described as the star’s biggest hit yet.
The video, directed by Meji Alabi sees Davido and his girl in the classic Bonnie and Clyde relationship; only this time, Bonnie has no qualms in driving off with the loot and leaving Clyde behind to take the fall when the police get really hot on their tails and naturally, Davido ends up behind bars.
Love is a literal crime here and we love it.

Santi Shares Dark and Intense Video for ‘Raw Dinner’ Featuring Kida Kudz
Santi has been called so many things: a genius, alte frontliner, a genre-bending act, an eccentric artist and even more extremely, a cultist. The latest came as a result of the abundance of horror and dark-themed elements prevalent in his music videos. And now, Santi is owning that narrative, particularly with the new music video for the Kida Kudz-assisted ‘Raw Dinner‘, a standout cut off his debut album, “Mandy and the Jungle.”
Spanning over eight minutes, the video is a layered horror mini-movie that may take some time to uncover and understand fully. With the video telling a grim tale featuring witches, zombies, mad doctors, psych patients, severed head served on a platter and dark magic, don’t be surprised at the reincarnation of the Illuminati tag in relation to Santi.
Although as you watch your mind might be running at double speed, unravelling the concepts and trying to make sense of the madness, the video is no doubt entertaining. It’s always a delight to watch Santi’s videos as he puts so much thought and energy into his visuals and it shows.
In usual fashion, the self-directed video is inspired by classic Nollywood, and this reflects in the roll-out style of the closing credits of the movie. It also features Evi Edna Ogoli‘s classic number, ‘Happy Birthday‘.
