One of Nigeria’s foremost record labels, Mavin Records, has released a new song to celebrate its 10th anniversary. The record label, which is home to stars like Ladipoe, Ayra Starr, Crayon, Magixx, Johnny Drille, Boy Spyce, and many more, is known to have released classical hits like “Dorobucci,” “Jantamanta,” “All is in order” and other jams; have once again added to their catalog with the song “Overdose.”
The track was produced by Don Jazzy and features Ayra Starr, Crayon, Ladipoe, Magixx, and Boy Spyce; the song has the artists singing about their love interests and making sweet promises over an infectious chorus, “Overdose, your body dey overdose me, na you I want me love you I think of. Overloading, I’ll be overloading, your bank account money plenty; tell me the amount.” “Overdose” serves as a prelude to a Mavin album, fingers crossed for that.
