King Perryy’s debut Afro-fusion album “Citizen of The World” is a banger!

King Perryy’s debut Afro-fusion album, Citizen of The World, is out and it is a banger. King Perryy, real name Anthony Offiah, is an Afro-fusion singer and songwriter with his music leaning more towards Dancehall and Bashment.

In 2018, he got signed to Timaya’s Dem Mama Records after which he released smash singles over the years such as ‘Man on Duty’ which has over 3million views on Youtube, ‘Murder’ ft Teni, ‘Work n Grind’, ‘Eastern Baby’ etc. winning the hearts of fans worldwide with his self-proclaimed “Continental Sound”. He draws his influence from Bob Marley, Westlife, Sean Paul and many others.

His latest album “Citizen of the World” consists of 17 tracks with various Nigerian artists featuring; Intro, African Boy, Citizen of the World, Yawa, The Furnicator, My Darlina, Waist ft. Kiss Daniel, Work N Grind, Get the Money ft. Timaya, You Know The Fucking Vibes (YKTFV) ft. PsychoYP, Beep Beep, Let Me Love You ft. Oxlade, Big Man Cruise ft. Mayorkun, Crème de la Crème, Jati Jati, Paulina ft. Phyno and Prayer.

Speaking on the album, the artists stated;

The Continental Sound is a fusion of different genres, lifestyles and cultures. I’m not just of one place, or Nigeria. I’m of the world. Whichever part of this earth I lay my eyes on, becomes my neighborhood. This whole world is my home and every inch of it is under my protection. Citizen of the World is an identity, a mind-state. It’s not just an album. I found the title the moment I found myself.”
