One-third of DRB Lasgidi, Fresh L has tapped DMW rapper, Dremo for his latest single titled ‘Head Dey‘. This is is the lead single for his coming project “SUNS 2,” the sequel to his 6-track 2018 EP, “See U Next Summer (SUNS)” which included the Davido-assisted ‘Firewood‘.
‘Head Dey‘ finds the pair delivering playful brags over a dazzling hip-hop beat. While a relaxed Fresh L showcases his lyrical prowess while throwing jabs at soft targets, Dremo is in full beast mode, coming through with a bullish delivery both on the hook and his verse that helped to turn the heat up on the record.

International artist, Sia, is set to release her new album “Music” which contains 14 tracks including ; Together, Hey Boy, Music, 1+1, Courage to Change, Eye to Eye, Miracle etc. Her last track is another version of Hey Boy, this time featuring African popstar, Burnaboy. The songs on this album are from and inspired by the singer and songwriter’s musical drama directional debut which bears the same name with the album arriving February 12.
Hey Boy was initially released November last year with millions of streams on digital platforms. Music caused quite a ruckus in the autism community after Sia was criticized for casting a non-autistic person to play the lead autistic role.
Burnaboy is no stranger to International collaborations as seen in 2020’s Oasis with Sam Smith which went on to become a hit single both home and abroad. He has worked with the likes of Stormzy, Ed Sheeran, pop smoke, Jorja Smith, Major Lazer, Dj Snake etc. He inflects his African sound in Hey Boy with Sia which adds more depth and rhythm to the already amazing song. Mavin Records signee Crayon has released a new single titled ‘Shima’. This is his second 2020 single coming after his stunning year opener, ‘Kpano’.
Unlike ‘Kpano’ which was a fast-paced banger directed at the clubs and dancefloors, ‘Shima’ is a mid-tempo afro-pop love number spiced with dancehall elements. Produced by Crayon’s go-to-guy, London the new record finds the singer trying to woo his love interest. He sings a song of praise to her beauty, adulating her with cheesy love poetry.
Listening to this single reaffirms that Crayon is too talented to be overlooked the way he often is. But it’s almost sure that if he keeps this level of consistency to his subsequent releases, the world would have no choice but to listen.

We’re pleased to inform our readers that Aylo’s latest release is a pleasant surprise. The new single titled LITT is just that; but not in the way you’d expect, especially if you thought littuations only happen fast-paced.
Laced with calm instrumentals and soothing vocals, the song once again proves that less is more. The music is seamless and gets you nodding and moving to its designs.
LITT is Aylo’s promise to his fans that he’ll be dropping a series of singles building up to the late summer release his next project. And furthermore a message to all the nay-sayers that he fully intends to keep dropping gems his way.
LITT is a nice break from all of the noise and we all deserve a break, don’t we? I know I do.Post Views: 999
