Just a while ago, LK and Mojo reintroduced us to the Chop Life Crew through the drill-heavy tune ‘CLC Step’. This is a record that has inspired a dance-move and is fast gaining traction on the airwaves. And just a couple of weeks after, they link up with Fasina and Tim Lyre on the latter’s’ record ‘Just Linked’. This is the lead single off their joint 3-track project “3 Strains”.

Mojo has been on a killing spree, leaving scene-stealing performances on almost every track he’s been on for a while now. And his verse on ‘Just Linked’ is no exception. The acts go on rapping about their interesting encounters across the city through this chilled psychedelic jam.

The accompanying video finds both Fasina and Tim Lyre in coloured suits in the studio making music in a setting that takes us back in time. Fasina then wakes up in another time zone in a date. Mojo on his part delievers his verse on alternating between a cruise if the streets and a styling session. Tim Lyre is then found in a photoshoot, before taking us back to the studio where they all have a good time making music. The video is directed by Fasina.
