UK-born Nigerian rapper and fitness enthusiast, Uzikwendu has released the visuals to his latest single titled ‘Rappers’. This single comes right after Uzi’s 10 episode run of his Friday Rapday series, which has him showing off his prowess on Instagram.
This new single seems to be the first of many efforts in Uzi’s noble quest to bring what he describes as “real rap” back. Premiering the record a couple of weeks back on the PGM Radio Show with Douglas Jekan, Uzi revealed that the single was crafted to serve as a wake-up call to rappers.
Over an upbeat afrobeats production, a war-ready Uzikwendu rains hailstorm on rappers with a bullish and rapid-fire delivery. In the dark-themed simplistic Stanz Visuals-directed video, he delievers his verse with a team and supporters hailing and cheering behind.
